Enjoy the rich Sedona history along Oak Creek Canyon, the rough and tumble stories of the cowboys of Flagstaff, travel through the Navajo reservation and greet Native American Navajo and Hopi at the 105-year-old Cameron Trading Post. Learn of the flora and fauna, the geology and history of the Grand Canyon. Enjoy a taste of hiking. Savor lunch at the historic Cameron Trading Post run by the Navajo and Hopi tribes, the El Tovar Hotel (when available) inside the National Park, or opt for a personalized lunch on the South Rim. All Grand Canyon Tours Include the Following

• Pick up from your resort at 8am unless you request a different departure time. 

• Return at approximately 5-6pm in the comfort of our vehicle. Leave the driving to us.

• Travel will be in a vehicle comfortable for your private group. 

• Entry into the park.

• Travel to various viewpoints within the park as time allows according to the tour chosen. Possibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • ​Selected hiking along or below the rim as determined during our travel to the Canyon

  • Desert View Watchtower 

  • Grandview Point

  • Views of 900+ years old rock art

  • Yavapai Geology Museum

  • Optional stops outside the Park at Sunset Crater Volcano and Wupatki National Monument

  • Other areas as determined by your interests

• ​Lunch and gratuity for lunch are included. Get a taste of traditional Navajo cuisine at the 105-year-old Cameron Trading Post, or let us customize a picnic for you to be enjoyed during your adventure. We'll do the grocery shopping the night before based on your specific wishes.

• History, flora, fauna and geology by an expert, medically-trained guide.

• Length of time at stops determined by your interests, not those of a group or a large tour company.

• Bottled water (sparkling water if requested), fruit and snacks available in the vehicle.

Private Ground Tour with Helicopter Ride Over the Canyon

As an add-on, we offer morning or afternoon helicopter tours through either of the permitted helicopter tour companies over Grand Canyon National Park. ​

• Ground tour with 40-50 minute helicopter tour - add $359 per person*

All helicopter tours are subject to cancellation due to weather or other conditions or at the discretion of the helicopter companies. Refunds will be made for the part of any trip canceled by the helicopter companies. Our tour guides have full authority to cancel a trip due to unsafe road conditions. Other weather conditions such as rain, snow or cloudy weather, are not sufficient for last minute cancellations. Please see our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation policy: 

• 100% refund if cancellation by our guests occurs more than one week prior to the scheduled departure. 

• 50% within one week and prior to 48 hours of the scheduled departure. 

• 0% within 48 hours of scheduled departure.
